The company VH services spol. sr.o. (Ltd.) - VHS - was established by Mr. V. Havlicek in the year 1991. He has been the President and Managing Director of the company since its foundation. Prior to the establishment of his own company, Mr. Havlicek had been working for many years as the Chief Designer in Electrical Development Department of Skoda Machine Tool Plant.
The company VHS mainly focuses on machine tools sector. The company started originally with the sales of spare parts and sales of used/new machine tools. However, its operations were gradually extended by implementing of other services - as servicing, retrofitting & modernizations of machine tools. VHS acquired for the better implementation of all these responsibilities also his own plant. Both the office and plant are located in Plzen near Skoda Works.
Mr. Havlicek gained extensive commercial and technical experience during his long stay and assignment in India. Therefore, he has oriented the responsibilities of VHS in India as the main market. However, in the course of time, he decided to extend the scope of operation also in the other markets.

 

Vision:
Continuing in improvement and technical development of company with orientation on servicing of machines in operation, retrofitting of used machine tools with specialization on CNC-modernizations. The knowledge obtained through implementation of marketing will be utilized for this goal.
