Company VH services spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) is providing modernisation of manually controled machines to PLC or CNC versions as per specific requirement of the customer. Generally all the guideways of the machine are machined, grinded or scaped to achieve fine acuracy. The sliding parts are equiped with special sliding material and lubrication or hydrostatic. The feed mechanism of all axes is mostly replaced by backlash free mechanism. The guideways are fully covered (telescopic) and linear scales are provided. Complete electrical drives and logic of the machine functions is replaced by servodrives, PLC and CNC. Design of machine tool modernisation is prepared by our service department design team with vast experience in machine tool modernisation and CNC retrofitting.
