Mr. Molcar joint VHS on 1.1.2007. He graduated on Technicial University and was working for more than 20 years in SKODA Plzen (on SKODA made machine Tools) in Engeneering Dept., Research and Developement Dept., then as Service Manager and Sales Manager. He spent 5 years in Canada and USA as Technician Director in company OMNITRADE Machinery. He was working as well as Technician Advisor for several months in Mexico and then for approximately 1 year in Germany. He was working as well as Trade Analyst for Italian Institute for Foreign Trade. Subsequently for Czech Machine Tools Manufacturers – KOVOSVIT Holoubkov as President (5 years) and TOS Celakovice as Technical and Comercial Director (6 years). Afterwards he joint VH services, Czech Republic.

Mr. ing. Oldrich Herejk - Project manager
Has joint VHS in 2009. He graduate on Electro Mechanical University and postgraduate study on Czech Technical University in Prague. He work more than 40 years in Skoda Machine Tools on many leader positions – Electrical Design Engineer, Leader of Commercial Division, Leader of Service Division, Product Manager and co-founder of Service of
Machine Tools in SMT. Afterwards he joint VH services, Czech Republic.

Has joint VHS as first employee in 1992 after 8 years experience in local business firm and 9 years experience in SKODA as sales manager of spares for all machine tools made by SKODA Machine Tool Plant. With this experience she became immediatelly an important manager for sales of  all kind of spares in VHS. Spare parts deliveries was the first activity of our company since begining and is permanent activity of our company till dates.

Has joint VHS in 2006 after completion of West Bohemia University – design of machine tools and extended studies as doctoral (Ph.D.) in machine tool design. During this time he was in close cooperation with SKODA Machine Tool design on various projects. This his experience became very good base for our own design and machine tool modernisation. He evolves this knowledge for our company using design software solidworks.

Has joint VHS in 2007 as Manager of logistic with adequate education in the Secondary school of transport, language school extendent by 2 years studies on West Bohemia University – foreign languages for commercial practice. By practical experience in our company he became important manager for purchase of components, submission of requests for production and all other logistics work.

Has joint VHS at spring 2009. Graduated at High school - Technical Design. He has 2 years practice in Machine Tool Design. Specialisation : Computer Aided Design.

Since 1995 he is our advisor for various modernisations of SKODA Machine tools. He completed technicial University in Kosice 1957 and till his retirement he was in SKODA Machine Tool plant design departement and later in service department responsible for all kind of modernisations. His practical expirience is very important for VHS.

Since 2008 he is our designer and advisor for all hydraulic functiones on our modernised machine tools. He completed his Technicial University in Plzen 1969 and he was all the time after studies working in mechanical and hydraulic design of SKODA Machine Tools. Since 1992 till 2008 he was the chief of the hydraulic departement in SKODA Machine tools. His experience is very important for VHS.

Since 1996 he is also very important advisor for our company with long therm expirience with various (not only SKODA) machines. After completing the University he was in controle departement for all machine tools delivered or modernized there. In the years 1970-81 he was as designer in SKODA modernization unit and from 1981 till 1996 he was in SKODA Machine Tool sesearch and developement departement.
