Has established the company in 1991 based on his education on Technicial university in Plzen, experience in SKODA Machine tool design (1977-1984) and 5 years deputation to India as assistant to the Trade commissioner of the Embassy of Czechoslovakia in Delhi looking after sales and servicing of Czech made machine tools (SKODA, TOS, MAS, CKD etc..). Since that time he has established functional company with sales and service department in Czech republic as well as joint venture in India providing servicing, modernisation and CNC retrofitting supported by network of agents.

Is working with the company since 2008 and before was as external worker in Blue Project Agency. She has completed Business academy Plzen in 2004 and in 2009 will be completing study in West Bohemia University – Quality Controle.

Has joint the company begining of 2009. His education on University of West Bohemia (Faculty of Economics) was completed in 2006 and after that he works as relationship manager – corporate finance division of Ceska Sporitelna and UniCredit Bank.

After completing Business Academy in Plzen (1995) she has joint VHS innitially as Assistent to President and in 2000 she was promoted as company accountant. She is with VHS last 13 years and belongs to important corporate managers.
